For Providers
If you are a provider and wish to view the provider interface on a mobile device, we kindly ask that you view the Vaccine Hesitancy Dashboard on a desktop for best viewing experience!
Once you have logged into the provider portal, please follow the steps in the image below, to ensure your upper right-hand corner navigation items are correct in Salesforce. You may wish to keep this page open as a guide to help with navigation.
1. Salesforce App is called Jonas
3. Main List View is called MIDS Clinic
2. Main tab is called Vaccine Sentiments
4. Click this icon to refresh the list view.
5. Refresh a few times (repeat 4) until you see a new Jonas Assessment at the top of the list with the 6-digit Patient ID you selected while talking to the bot. Click this row (when it appears) to view the provider dashboard for your specific session with Jonas
