For Patients

 What does it mean when I agree to chat with Jonas?

This means that you agree to have survey responses collected and analyzed by our model

 Will Jonas give me a diagnosis?

No, Jonas does not perform any medical diagnosis or screening.

 Can I use Jonas to talk to my doctor or nurse?

No, Jonas is just a survey bot. Contact your healthcare provider’s office if you need to speak with your provider.

 What if Jonas is mistaken?

Our model still has room to grow! We recognize that being misclassified can be harmful, which is why we created a mechanism for providers to correct Jonas if they find the results are not accurate after speaking with their patients and they can also provide other feedback to us as well.

 I changed my mind and I don’t want my data in your system. What can I do?

You can contact us at jonas.assessment@gmail.com to access, update, or delete your data from our system. Please let us know what patient ID you used so we can locate your data.

For Providers

  Does this integrate with my electronic health records (EHR) system?

Currently, Jonas does not integrate with any specific EHRs. However, that would be one of the next steps in its development.

 Would patients chat with Jonas before every visit?

We intend for Jonas to be paired with a medical visit where vaccination is scheduled.

 What if Jonas is mistaken?
